Support My Campaign
I’m running a grassroots campaign with big heart, not big money. Every donation helps spread the word, support accessibility advocacy, and bring real change to Ward 1.
If you believe in a more inclusive, accountable Fort McMurray — I’d be honoured to have your support.
Every dollar counts. Let’s build it together.

Campaign Surplus Donation Announcement
If I have any funds left over from my campaign, they will be donated to the Voice of Albertans with Disabilities in honour of Margot Brunner, whose passion for disability advocacy continues to inspire me from heaven every day.
Margot’s legacy lives on through the Margot Brunner VAD Legacy Award, which supports individuals making a meaningful difference in the disability sector — just like she did. I’m proud to support this initiative and continue the work she believed in so deeply.

Campaign
✅ Showing Up, Every Time
You deserve a councillor who doesn’t just speak up—but shows up. I’ll be present, engaged, and available, every step of the way.
✅ Real Accountability: Fix It, Don’t Fine It
Let’s stop slapping Band-Aids on broken systems. I believe in real solutions—not punishing residents and businesses with more fines when the city drops the ball.
✅ Support for Small Business & Commercial Rent Relief
Our local businesses are the heartbeat of Fort McMurray. I’ll fight for rent relief and targeted supports to help them grow—not just survive.
✅ Open the Doors for Homegrown Businesses
Red tape shouldn’t stop big ideas. I’ll work to clear the path for local entrepreneurs to launch, expand, and succeed—right here at home.
✅ Reclaim Empty Spaces for Community Good
Vacant buildings should be vibrant spaces. I’ll push to transform underused properties into hubs for culture, wellness, and opportunity.
✅ Fix Urban Neglect
From crumbling sidewalks to overgrown lots, it’s time to clean up our neighborhoods. I’ll demand action—not excuses—to restore pride in our city.
✅ Accessibility & Inclusion for All
Everyone deserves access to public spaces and services. As a disabled community member, I’ll champion policies that break barriers and build belonging.
✅ Fix the Permitting Process for People
Permits shouldn’t take months or scare off good projects. I’ll advocate for a simpler, faster, people-first approach to getting things built.
✅ Revitalize City Committees and Engage the Next Generation
Let’s bring fresh voices to the table. I’ll strengthen committees and mentor youth to make sure every generation has a seat in shaping our future.
